What are the main benefits of METAL MONKEY?
We're designed for everyone - arm chair athlete or sports enthusiast. The benefits of a regular practice are extensive and ongoing: greater mobility, expedited recovery, improved longevity, heightened performance, eliminate muscle stiffness, decrease risk of injury and feel years younger.
How much time per day do I need to invest in my METAL MONKEY practice?
Typically, Metal Monkey members mobilise 3-5 times a week, 10-25 minutes a day. We offer a multitude of video options, including short routines if you have a busy schedule and live weekly classes. Consistency is key.
Do I need any equipment for METAL MONKEY?
3 pieces of equipment will come in very handy, a tennis/baseball, a yoga block, a yoga strap/belt and just a yoga mat and open space.
Everything else you can find easily in the home ie walls, tables, chairs, cushions.
What happens if I can't make the live classes?
No problem, live classes are uploaded to the site throughout the entire year meaning you can catch up anytime. This means that no matter where you are on your journey, you'll always find fresh and engaging content to keep you motivated and help you achieve your goals.
Can anyone in my house join In?
Absolutely! Get your partners, kids, everyone involved to establish a stretching and mobility habit. There is a variety of classes for kids up to OAPs!
